With a broad curriculum and excellent quality profile, we support over 15,000 learners a year through our community, partnership and workplace provision. We specialise in providing opportunities for learning in the most educationally deprived areas of Wales and the unique make-up of our organisation through our membership and volunteers enables us to offer exceptional support to our learners to help them succeed in their learning activities.

About the Job
You will assist and support the development and implementation of a cohesive programme of adult learning provision to include all aspects of planning; financing; organising; resource allocation; and development. You will actively recruit viable numbers of learners onto the provision via networking, collaboration and promotion and develop partnerships and collaboration opportunities with a wide range of external bodies. You will be key in assisting the Regional Manager in ensuring that all learning activities meet the agreed provision, finance and quality targets

About you
You will have experience of community education, adult education, or community development, and proven knowledge of promoting or marketing activities in a community setting. Experienced and qualified in the implementation of internal quality procedures, you will have excellent organisational, coordinating and administrative skills. A teaching qualification at Level 3 and a level 3 Assessor Award or predecessor is essential. Familiarity with the values and processes of community learning and Welsh language skills would be an advantage.
